Shae is passionate about supporting children, adolescents and young adults in navigating challenging situations whilst promoting emotional wellbeing. Shae works with clients who are experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, friendship issues, adjusting to high school, grief and loss, self-esteem, body image and stress.
Shae's therapeutic approach is warm, empathetic, and client-centered. She draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to tailor support to individual’s needs.
Shae strives to create a welcoming environment where young people feel heard, valued and supported as they work towards their therapy goals.
