Miss Phoebe Williams(She/her)

Occupational Therapist

Phoebe is an Occupational Therapist with experience supporting children, adolescents and adults across rehabilitation, mental health and paediatrics. She has a strong interest in working with autistic, ADHD and AuDHD individuals, providing neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed and person-centred care. As a queer AuDHD clinician, Phoebe understands the value of working with someone who genuinely "gets it." She is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, make sense of experiences that may have felt confusing or overwhelming, and build practical strategies that support meaningful participation in everyday life. Phoebe has a particular interest in sensory processing, interoception, autistic and ADHD burnout, executive functioning, emotional regulation and understanding the relationship between our brain, body and environment. She enjoys supporting clients through life transitions, navigating a new diagnosis, reducing the impact of burnout, and developing sustainable routines and supports that work with their unique strengths rather than against them. Phoebe believes occupational therapy should be collaborative, strengths-based and tailored to the individual. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood and empowered to explore what works for them, whether that's at home, work, study or in the community.

Mr Royce Coughlan(He/him)

Occupational Therapist

Royce is an Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Clinician who grew up on Darkinjung Country (NSW) and brings a holistic approach to therapy. With experience across child and youth trauma, adult mental health, and community practice, he integrates kinship, connection, and creativity into his work. Holding a Master’s in Psychosexual Therapy, Royce supports clients to build healthy relationships and wellbeing across all areas of life, including the fundamental aspect of intimacy, within our relationships to others and with ourselves. Developing a healthy connection to the sensory/sensual experience of the body can serve as a stable foundation to optimal health and vitality. Royce has worked with neurodivergent populations since the start of 2023 and really enjoys it, as it is more conducive to his own quirky, atypical personality and way-of-being in the world. Royce is also a qi-gong (chi-gong) teacher and utilises this somatic mindfulness practice in therapy if necessary. Outside of therapy, Royce is a very creative person, as he is an aspiring musician - music producer, DJ, guitarist & vocalist. He enjoys being creative. Royce believes developing a healthy connection to creative energy can optimally support one's mental well-being. Royce is spiritually inclined and prioritises self-care through meditation, yoga & qi-gong, and exploring the natural world through hiking. Valuing balance and authenticity in all he does, he also enjoys a good laugh, as both humour and humility can offer a lot to someone's well-being.
