Nadia (“Nadja”) Blythe – Registered Psychologist
Nadia Blythe (often known as Nadja) is a Registered Psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a range of emotional, behavioural, and developmental presentations. She has a strong interest in trauma-informed practice and utilises evidence-based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and improve emotional wellbeing.
Nadja has training and experience in trauma treatment and child-centred play therapy, allowing her to work effectively with younger clients who may find it difficult to express their experiences through words alone. Her therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and developmentally responsive, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space for clients and families.
In addition to therapy, Nadja is able to conduct psychological assessments, contributing to diagnostic clarification and treatment planning. She has experience supporting individuals presenting with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, family conflict, and life transitions.
Nadja works with clients and families to develop practical strategies that support emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and long-term wellbeing. Her practice is grounded in a client-centred and trauma-informed framework, ensuring that care is tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
