Salihan offers a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly about what is going on in your life. She works with care, compassion, and respect, and tailors counselling to your individual needs and goals.
She has completed additional training in women’s mental health and also offers affirming support for neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism.
You might seek counselling if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, emotionally drained, stuck, or affected by trauma, loss, or grief. Counselling can also be helpful if you are going through a difficult life change, struggling with relationships, stress, self-esteem, identity, or burnout, or simply wanting a space to talk things through.
