Sharon Read Psychologist

Sharon is a Registered Psychologist who first started working at the READ Clinic in 2005. Sharon works in-clinic providing face-to-face sessions on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings, and provides Telehealth-only sessions on Monday and Friday afternoons. Sharon completed a Bachelor of Education at James Cook University, Townsville. Sharon returned to study Psychology at Charles Sturt University, Bathurst, completing a Diploma and Post-Graduate Diploma of Psychology.in 2003. Sharon has over 20 years’ experience working with children, adolescents and families and adults. Sharon began working as a School Counsellor in NSW Public Schools in 2005. Sharon works within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework and uses evidence based interventions.
