Ms Rima Rakshit Social Worker

Rima Rakshit is a senior mental health practitioner and social worker with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and organisations. She provides therapy tailored to clients’ needs, including individual, couple, and family therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, and psychoeducation. As a Senior EAP and Strategic Consultant, Rima offers counselling, crisis intervention, early warning system (EWS) support, critical incident management, and workplace workshops. She is also a trained mediator, experienced in workplace relationships, neighbourhood disputes, fencing conflicts, group facilitation, and one-on-one coaching. Rima helps clients build resilience, navigate challenges, and achieve mental well-being in both personal and professional settings.
