Dr Connie Kellett

Social Worker

Connie is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with 25 years’ experience providing therapeutic interventions. She supports adults, couples and families to manage life transitions, trauma, grief and loss, employment issues, mental illness and disability. Connie embraces the richness of client differences and individual narratives. She takes a strengths-based, respectful, empowering, non-judgemental, LGTBIQA+ supporting, neurodiverse affirming, evidence-based approach. Therapeutic approaches include Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic, Feminist and Systems approaches, CBT / ACT mindfulness, couples and family therapy. Connie is a Victorian leader in responding to family violence and disasters and is a continuing researcher at the University of Melbourne. Outside of work Connie can be found hanging out at the beach, going on very slow jogs, or reading / listening to a good book. Ideally all three at once.

Dr Hunter Mulcare

Hunter has been a practicing psychologist since 2008 and is an endorsed Health Psychologist, Registered Supervisor and Clinical registrar. He brings a wealth of experience from his work in public hospitals, public mental health, alcohol and drug sector, and private practice. Hunter has extensive expertise in helping people manage and adjust to both acute and chronic health issues, as well as supporting family/partners of someone who is unwell. He has worked with a wide range of health problems and extensively with cancer patients. His doctoral research, completed through Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, focused on psycho-oncology, and he ran psycho-oncology clinics in public hospitals for many years. In addition to his work in health psychology, Hunter has a special interest in treating eating disorders, particularly adolescents with Anorexia Nervosa. He has received training in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) from the Royal Children’s Hospital to support young people and their families through recovery. More recently he was working with Orygen’s Eating Disorders Stream treating adolescents and young adults with restrictive eating disorders. Hunter takes a warm, friendly, and practical approach to therapy, and works with a wide range of psychological issues, including mood and anxiety problems, relationship difficulties, trauma, health concerns, and anorexia in adolescents and adults. His therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Existential Psychology, and Motivational Interviewing. For Anorexia Nervosa his approach includes Specialist Supportive Clinical Management, CBT-E and FBT A lifelong learner, Hunter recently completed a Masters of Clinical Psychology at Swinburne University. He also co-hosted the popular psychology podcast Two Shrinks Pod, which explored a wide range of psychological topics.

Dr Jo Mitchell

Dr Jo Mitchell is a clinical psychologist who works with adults to enhance mental health, wellbeing and performance. She has an interest in working with professionals, including athletes, experiencing burnout and going through life transitions. She completed a PhD in positive psychology. Jo is also a registered psychology supervisor for student psychologists and other mental health professionals.

Melissa has an interest in well-being and performance at work. She has many years experience working with people and organisations, including individual coaching and workshop facilitation. Melissa is an organisational psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist, with an interest in the science of mindfulness, ACT and positive psychology. She has experience working with a range of psychological needs - career transitions, meaning and purpose, stress and burnout, workplace issues, anxiety, depression, bullying and interpersonal difficulties. Melissa enjoys connections and collaborations with a diverse range of people, approaches and cultures - which extends from her professional life through to travelling adventures.

Mr Darryl Ribaux

Darryl is a clinical psychologist who works with adults to help develop more adaptive ways of managing depression, anxiety, grief, loss and adjustment to challenging life events, interpersonal and personality difficulties. He is also experienced in working with the concerns of same-sex attracted individuals. Darryl is passionate about using research-based therapies such as CBT, mindfulness and schema therapy in a way that best suits an individual. His therapeutic style is collaborative, non-judgemental and focussed upon well-being and making positive change.

Michael Inglis is a Sport & Performance Psychologist. Michael has been working in the mental health field since 1999 and has the full training as a Sport & Exercise Psychologist. Michael values the wellbeing of athletes off field as important as their performance on the field to provide a holistic approach. He has developed specific programs to assist performance enhancement for teams & athletes such as the Mental Conditioning Program & Psychological Skills Training. Michael aims to widen his expertise to other such elite teams in the future providing specific programs to suit their needs.

Caitlyn enjoys learning about and sharing her knowledge of the incredible power of the human mind. Through her humour and down to earth attitude, Caitlyn works with clients to help guide and empower them in navigating their own lives. Caitlyn is a clinical psychologist who works in an integrative manner, often drawing upon techniques from ACT, Mindfulness, CBT, Narrative therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She has an interest in working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression and general mental health and wellbeing, especially with young adults, athletes and LGBTQIA+ clients. As a former state level athlete, Caitlyn is a big believer in understanding and conditioning our minds just as much as we do our bodies.

Fiona is a psychologist with years of experience working across different settings including education, justice and disability. She has worked with adults, young people, couples and families, and has an interest in helping her clients to regain their sense of strength and self. Fiona has experience working with issues around mental health including anxiety and depression, as well as relationships, stress and life changes. She employs CBT and ACT primarily in work with clients, but also approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy to work towards healthy client outcomes.

She works with high performers, athletes, and professionals under pressure, supporting them to build self-awareness, confidence, and sustainable wellbeing. With experience across a range of sporting environments, including AFL, football, and basketball, and as an athlete herself, Mikaela understands the demands of high performance from the inside out. She brings a deep appreciation for the discipline, values, and identity-shaping nature of sport, and creates a space where clients can explore both personal and performance goals with clarity and purpose.
