Overview

My approach draws upon my education and experience in psychology, counselling and health promotion. I use an eclectic blend of evidence-based techniques, including person-centred, narrative, and solution-focused therapies, as well as motivational interviewing. I also bring more than 25 years of professional experience in public policy and medical research around chronic health conditions. More recently, I have provided face-to-face, phone and Web-based support to hundreds of autistic people and their families. My practices are: Person-centred Diversity / neurodiversity -affirming Trauma-informed LGBTQIA+ friendly.
