Ms Nicolette Cartwright Exercise Physiologist

Nicolette is driven by using exercise to prevent and manage chronic health conditions. She helps guides clients through goal setting and tailors a targeted exercise program to help achieve their best health outcomes. Nicolette attended the University of Wollongong completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2018 and the Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2020. She has previous experience in the WorkCover industry and running Pilates classes and also enjoys facilitating exercise programs for osteoporosis and falls prevention, diabetes management, and shoulder rehabilitation Outside of work, Nicolette is involved in Surf Lifesaving as an active patrolling member and surf boat competitor.
