Mr James McPhail

Exercise Physiologist

James is an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist who recently graduated from UOW. James has always had a passion for sports and improving overall health. This has lead James to use this passion to help clients improve and reach their health goals through personalised and tailored exercise programs. James has a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic pain and helping his clients return to work. In his spare time James enjoys surfing, playing sports such as Oztag and basketball as well as going to the gym.

Mr Matt Diggins

Physiotherapist

Matt is a qualified physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move better and feel stronger. He holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, as well as a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. Since completing his studies, Matt has continued to expand his expertise, completing his Sports Physiotherapy Level 1 certification in 2019. With a strong personal background in sport and physical activity, Matt understands the importance of staying active and pain-free. Whether it’s getting back to weekend sport, going for a run, or playing with your grandkids, Matt is committed to helping you return to the activities you love. He has worked in both aged care and private musculoskeletal clinics, treating a wide range of conditions—from lower limb injuries and chronic pain to post-operative rehabilitation. His key areas of interest include sports injuries, lower back and neck pain, and jaw (TMJ) pain. Outside the clinic, you’ll find Matt staying active himself—running, surfing, or playing ultimate frisbee, golf, and basketball. Matt’s approach is professional, empathetic, and tailored to your individual goals. Whether you're recovering from injury or working toward peak performance, he’s here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Mr Wyatt Hampstead

Exercise Physiologist

Wyatt is an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist who has completed his master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Wollongong. With exercise and sport being a major influence in his life as an adolescent, Wyatt uses his passion of exercise to help his patients improve their functional capacity, health and wellbeing to return to the leisure activities and sports they enjoy. Wyatt focuses on collaborating with patients to individualise and tailor a program to their goals. His strong interest includes rehabilitating people with musculoskeletal injuries specifically hip and shoulder joints. Additionally, Wyatt enjoys working with people with chronic health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, neurological disabilities, chronic pain and mental health. When not working with clients you will see Wyatt playing social sports such as rugby league and basketball

Mrs Rosie Nicholls

Physiotherapist

Rosie graduated from Edinburgh University with an Honors in Medical Biology she then went on to do a Masters of Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon’s University, Scotland - graduating in 2015.     Since graduating Rosie has primarily worked with patients treating injuries from work or sport ; post-operative rehabilitation; neurological conditions; disability and aged care.   Rosie has extensive experience in the differential diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal disorders.  Her interests are in treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions of the upper limb and lumbo-pelvic area.  She enjoys collaborating with patients to get them back to work, sports and life by achieving their goals and by implementing a healthy lifestyle.     Rosie has further developed her knowledge and skills with courses in clinical pilates; management of sporting injuries; dry needling; and advanced manual therapy techniques.  Rosie uses her collection of skills, including manual therapy and exercise prescription within her practice. In her spare time, Rosie enjoys playing Ultimate Frisbee  where she has achieved success representing Australia at the World Championships and the World Games.  Rosie has recently taken a break from international competition, taking on a new challenge, with the birth of her first child.  She continues to enjoy an active lifestyle and when she isn’t chasing a frisbee around she enjoys rock climbing, trail runs and swimming.

Ms Nicolette Cartwright

Exercise Physiologist

Nicolette is driven by using exercise to prevent and manage chronic health conditions. She helps guides clients through goal setting and tailors a targeted exercise program to help achieve their best health outcomes. Nicolette attended the University of Wollongong completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2018 and the Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2020. She has previous experience in the WorkCover industry and running Pilates classes and also enjoys facilitating exercise programs for osteoporosis and falls prevention, diabetes management, and shoulder rehabilitation Outside of work, Nicolette is involved in Surf Lifesaving as an active patrolling member and surf boat competitor.
