I help my clients overcome stress and anxiety related issues in their lives though hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, counselling and CBT methods. I am also a qualified yoga teacher, massage therapist, mediation teacher and I study Buddhism, so I have a range of tools to further assist my clients.
