Trauma & Anxiety Support Through an Integrative Approach
I provide integrative support for adults experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, and stress-associated physical symptoms, including pain patterns influenced by emotional or nervous system factors.
Many individuals I work with are capable and high-functioning in their professional or personal lives, yet experience ongoing internal stress, difficulty switching off, emotional reactivity, or symptoms linked to earlier life experiences.
My work is informed by ongoing study in psychology and a strong interest in nervous system functioning, stress physiology, and the interaction between emotional processes and physical symptoms.
My approach combines evidence-based methods with complementary therapies where clinically appropriate. This may include EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy, counselling approaches, acupuncture, and cognitive behavioural strategies.

Treatment is tailored to the individual. During our first session we explore presenting concerns, relevant history, and collaboratively develop a treatment plan.
