As a psychologist, I work with adolescents and adults across a range of presentations including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), emotion regulation difficulties, identity and self-esteem issues, and stress or life transitions. I also value supporting neurodivergent individuals, and take a neuroaffirming, strengths-based approach to both therapy and assessment.
My therapeutic style is warm, curious, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, challenges, and goals, while also offering structured, evidence-based support. I draw on a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. I adapt these approaches to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
In addition to therapy, I offer psychological assessments related to neurodiversity, cognitive functioning, and learning profiles. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and access the supports they need, leading to improved well-being and life satisfaction.
Alongside clinical work, I lecture in psychology and supervise research students. My work is informed by a blend of academic, research, and practical clinical experience, and I value working in a way that is thoughtful, inclusive, and person-centred.
