As Emma can personally attest, becoming a parent leaves no person as it found them. With a passion for supporting mothers and families during their most transformative periods, Emma has been working as a perinatal mental health clinician for the past 8 years. She has worked extensively with parents navigating the emotional, psychological, social and physical challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood.
Emma has an empathetic approach combining warmth, understanding, and perinatal knowledge to create a safe space for her clients. Her work spans individual support, group sessions, and educational workshops, all designed to empower parents and promote mental wellness during this critical life stage.
