Ms Deborah Ann Flower Psychologist

Deborah is a compassionate and experienced psychologist and counsellor, supporting adults and young people through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, trauma, and sport performance concerns. She holds qualifications in both Psychology and Counselling and has undertaken extensive training in evidence-based therapies. Deborah is an Accredited Eating Disorder Clinician (ANZAED), with specialised training in CBT-E and DBT-BN, and is also a Certified Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Practitioner (C-DBT). Drawing on approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Art Therapy, Deborah tailors her work to meet each client's unique needs. Her warm, client-centred, and trauma-informed approach creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Deborah believes that we all have the capacity to reshape our stories and create positive change, and she is passionate about supporting clients on their journey towards healing, growth, and wellbeing.
