April also provides assessments for individuals aged 6 and above, including autism, ADHD, cognitive, academic, and vocational assessments. Her therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Supportive Counselling.
