I’m a compassionate counsellor who works in a person-centred way to foster safety, acceptance, and non-judgment. I’m passionate about supporting individuals to explore their strengths, achieve personal goals, and enhance their overall quality of life. Whether you're navigating challenges or seeking growth, I offer a respectful space where your voice is heard and your autonomy is honored.
I’m a qualified counsellor with over three years of post-graduate experience in private practice and alcohol and other drug (AOD) services. I’ve worked in the disability sector since 2013, supporting individuals with diverse needs across a range of settings. I’m committed to evidence-based practice and engage in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure I provide the highest quality, person-centred support possible.
Outside of my work as a counsellor, I’m someone who finds joy in life’s simple and meaningful moments. I love getting lost in a good book, exploring hiking trails, and spending time in nature—it’s where I recharge and reflect. Yoga keeps me grounded, travel fuels my curiosity, and animals have always held a special place in my heart. I’m also a big fan of speedway racing and documentaries, both of which feed my love for stories, adrenaline, and learning. These passions shape the way I connect with others—with authenticity, openness, and a deep appreciation for the diverse paths we all walk.
I am honored to support you on your unique journey towards wellbeing in a safe, respectful space where your goals, strengths, and personal growth are at the heart of our work together
