Approach / Philosophy
I offer a warm, client-centred, and trauma-informed space where you can feel safe, valued, and understood. My approach is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based practices that support healing and personal growth.
Experience
I’ve provided counselling through Employee Assistance Programs across Australia and have worked with individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds in both Australia and India. My experience includes helping clients navigate trauma, grief, stress in their personal and professional lives, and significant life changes. Coming from a multicultural background myself, I bring genuine understanding and respect for diverse experiences and identities.
Outside of counselling, I love spending time with my dogs, exploring nature trails, and discovering new cuisines. I’m passionate about learning from different cultures and finding connections through shared stories and food.
Languages & Country of Origin
I come from a mixed Irish and Indian heritage and have had migrant experiences across the UAE and Australia, which have shaped my appreciation for culture and community.
English is my mother tongue, and I also have varying levels of fluency in Hindi, Kannada, Urdu, and French.
