Justine graduated as a Myotherapist in 2013 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in (Clinical Myotherapy), which she completed at Endeavour College of Natural Medicine.
Justine has a deep passion for neuroaffirming care, advocating and understanding that every system is uniquely wired. Meaning that physical conditions, pain processing, and sensory needs vary greatly from person to person. By actively listening to her clients and tailoring the clinical environment-whether that involves adjusting sensory inputs like lighting and sound, or adapting her hands-on communication, these measures are to ensure all individuals feel safe, validated and accommodated for. Justine believes myotherapy is not just about treating musculoskeletal pain; it is about championing an inclusive, respectful space where every individual’s bodily autonomy and lived experiences are central to their healing journey.
With over 13 years experience, Justine has learnt the significant benefits in treating not just the adult and ageing population but also in addressing the unique physical demands of growing bodies, especially youths who play competitive sports and modern lifestyle habits. During Rapid growth spurts, adolescents frequently experience muscle tightness and postural imbalances.
