While I don't work from a diagnostic framework myself, I deeply respect the role that diagnoses and labels can play in helping individuals make sense of their experiences and access appropriate support. I take a holistic view of wellbeing—considering your emotional, social, and biological health—and recognise that for many, this may include medical intervention. Together, we’ll explore your inner world and what your subconscious may be communicating, drawing on the rich insights of Jungian psychology.
