In both my personal and professional life I strive for authenticity, connection, compassion and integrity in all professional relationships. I believe in people and the potential each person has to live a full and meaningful life. I believe in being part of that journey with people through fostering trust and connection, whilst acknowledging the natural ups and downs of life as part of the process.
My prior experience is with youth and adults in mental health centres for drug and alcohol, homelessness, family violence, trauma, interpersonal relationship building, emotional processing, writing and art therapy, short term counselling, assistance in lifestyle and behaviour change and group therapy facilitation. I’ve also worked with youth in schools and residential care settings. Other professional experiences include disability support work and volunteering in youth mentor programs.
