Caroline is a passionate Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, Master of Clinical Exercise Science and Rehabilitation, and Certificate IV in Disability. Caroline’s journey into exercise physiology began with a love for sports and health, combined with her own personal experience managing injuries, rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Motivated by a desire to help her family members dealing with chronic conditions, Caroline knew from a young age that she wanted to make a positive impact on others’ lives. What Caroline enjoys most about her job is building strong relationships with clients, understanding their struggles with pain and symptoms, and empowering them to take charge of their own rehabilitation and health journey. She applies various approaches to ensure her clients feel supported, secure, and confident in their progress. Specializing in chronic low back pain, injury rehab, and mental health, Caroline offers a holistic, individualized approach to every client she works with. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys playing football (soccer), spending time with her siblings, watching movies, and playing with her dogs.

A qualified podiatrist with 7 years of clinical experience, specialising in the management of musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and the prescription of orthotics and appropriate footwear. Proficient in conducting comprehensive diabetic foot assessments, as well as providing general foot care and treatment for conditions such as heel pain, knee pain and ingrown toenails. Dedicated to delivering personalised, evidence-based care with the aim of restoring mobility, alleviating pain, and enhancing overall quality of life for patients.

Marcus is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Proactive Health, working across the Frankston and Wantirna clinics. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University and specialises in the management of musculoskeletal conditions and mental health through evidence-based exercise interventions. In his role, he delivers tailored exercise programs that support rehabilitation, chronic disease management, and improved mental well-being. With a strong clinical foundation and a client-focused approach, he helps individuals build functional strength, manage pain, and achieve sustainable health outcomes. Outside of his professional work, he is passionate about fitness and movement, with a particular interest in calisthenics. He enjoys staying active, going to the gym, and catching up with friends over coffee.

Shaun is a passionate Exercise Physiologist who enjoys working with a wide range of clients to help them through there rehabilitation and recovery. Outside of Pro-Active Health, Shaun is a keen Sportsman who plays both AFL and Cricket at Local level.

I want to optimise the long-term health of my clients by working together to form healthy habits that support wellbeing, as well as supporting the idea that getting good nutrition should be as simple and easy as possible. I have a unique perspective in nutrition care in the NDIS space, having lived experience in neurodiversity and chronic illness.
