I am an Exercise Physiologist dedicated to helping individuals improve their health, function, and quality of life through evidence-based exercise and movement.
I work with people managing chronic and complex conditions, recovering from injury, or looking to improve their physical capacity and overall wellbeing. My approach is client-centered combining clinical knowledge, education, and support to empower people to move with confidence and build lasting healthy habits.
Outside of work, I love staying active and spending time outdoors. You’ll often find me running, hiking, camping, or seeking out new adventures
