Mrs Ellen Mason-Whittaker Psychologist

Ellen is a registered psychologist with experience working across a variety of mental health settings. She supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health concerns, trauma, grief and loss, life adjustments, self-esteem challenges, and stress management issues. Working collaboratively, Ellen aims to help clients better understand themselves and feel empowered to make meaningful, positive changes in their lives. She uses a warm and compassionate approach to build a strong therapeutic relationship and draws from a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based strategies.
