With over 15 years in adult education and more than 15 months in therapeutic practice, I support children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based modalities including PCT, ACT, CBT, NT, SFT, DBT’s Three Minds, and emotional regulation strategies. My counselling integrates person-centered, acceptance-based, and strengths-focused frameworks to foster resilience and growth through culturally sensitive, family-oriented care.
I specialise in psychosocial assessments through storytelling and holistic health education, supporting families and caregivers. As a multilingual counsellor from a CALD background, I bring lived experience and cultural insight—particularly in areas such as domestic violence, coercive control, manipulation, and emotional and financial abuse.
My collaborative work spans GPs, allied health professionals, school counsellors, child protection services, and the Department of Justice, ensuring integrated care for vulnerable communities. Drawing on a decade of experience in creative design and digital platforms, I’ve facilitated tutorials, workshops, and group sessions—both online and in person—creating safe, inclusive spaces for healing, reflection, and resilience-building.
Currently, I am a PhD candidate researching attachment and its neurological impacts on child development, committed to bridging clinical insight with neuroscience to inform trauma-responsive care. I’m passionate about understanding human behavior and mentoring parents, educators, clinicians, and therapists. My work also explores the role of technology in therapeutic and educational settings—particularly how digital platforms, neurofeedback, and AI-enhanced tools can support trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and culturally responsive practice.
Empowering growth through culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care—where resilience is nurtured, voices are heard, and healing begins. Bridging lived experience in emotional and financial abuse with evidence-based practice to support every journey toward emotional wellbeing.
