Registered Counsellor (ACA Level 2)
I’m passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma, burnout, anxiety, and depression, experiences that can leave us feeling drained and disconnected from ourselves and others.
Over the past four years, I’ve been honoured to provide a compassionate space for clients to explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that keep them feeling stuck. I’m deeply passionate about the mind-body connection and work to strengthen my clients’ sense of self, build emotional resilience, and rediscover meaning and purpose.
My approach is warm, person-centred, and trauma-informed. I draw on a range of evidence-based practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), gently weaving in mindfulness and body awareness to help clients understand and regulate their emotions.
My lived experience has shaped the empathy and understanding I bring to my work. I know how hard it can be to rebuild when life feels overwhelming, and I believe in meeting each person exactly where they are.
Outside of counselling, I love being outdoors, reading, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. These moments of connection and stillness remind me of the balance and presence I also encourage my clients to find.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey of healing, self-discovery, and growth, supporting you to reconnect with your inner strength and move toward a more peaceful, empowered life.
