My approach is trauma-informed, creating a safe and compassionate space where clients feel supported, heard, and valued. I work in collaboration with each individual to honor their unique experiences, nurture resilience, and support meaningful growth and positive change.
For the past 4 years, I’ve supported individuals living with trauma, stress, and mental health challenges. Through both my professional training and lived experience, I’ve come to understand how our emotional and psychological states deeply impact our day-to-day lives. By slowly increasing our tolerance and recognizing our capacity and limits, and incorporating a trauma-informed, somatic perspective into my work, I’ve helped individuals make positive shifts and meaningful changes in their everyday lives.
When I’m not supporting others, I love spending time by the beach, soaking up the sun, sometimes with a good book, sometimes catching up with friends. I enjoy creating special moments with my children, and I make space for my own self-care through yoga, listening to music, and relaxing with a comforting cup of tea.
