Mrs Cass Mcilrick Counsellor

Cass is a counsellor who’s passionate about helping couples and individuals create healthier, more connected relationships. She uses evidence-based approaches, including the Gottman Method, to support couples in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and finding their way back to each other after challenges such as infidelity, disconnection, or major life changes. Cass also supports individuals through a wide range of life experiences, including trauma, stress, addiction, grief, postnatal challenges, and women’s wellbeing. Her approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative—offering a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change both within themselves and in their relationships.
