Enrolled Nurse | Skin, Hair & Wellness Support Cahleen Hookham is an Enrolled Nurse whose role at TruSkin Hub connects hair and scalp care, home-care guidance, weight-change support, selected skin and wellness services, and nursing continuity. She helps patients manage the practical parts of a plan that continue between clinic appointments: understanding their routine, choosing appropriate home care, monitoring progress and recognising when another member of the TruSkin team should become involved. Through TruSkin’s HairMap™, Edit™, ShapeCare™ and Progress™ pathways, Cahleen may assist with hair and scalp history, routine and product review, home-care simplification, supportive care during weight change and structured progress checks. Her skin interests include hydration-focused and Korean-inspired facial care, including approaches designed to support a smooth, luminous and well-conditioned skin surface. These services sit alongside—not in place of—Caris’s more corrective dermal treatment planning or doctor-led medical assessment. Cahleen also provides nursing support for medically directed clinic care. Where a concern requires diagnosis, investigation, prescribing or medical treatment, she coordinates review with Dr Craig or Dr Zhen. She works with Caris when more detailed dermal assessment or device-based skin treatment may be appropriate. Cahleen’s approach is warm, practical and realistic. Her purpose is to help patients understand their plan, follow it consistently and feel supported as their skin, hair, body or priorities change over time. All services are provided within professional scope and according to individual suitability. Where another practitioner or service is more appropriate, referral will be recommended.
