I am a qualified Mental Health Social Worker with over 7 years of clinical experience providing one-on-one and group therapy to individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, communication difficulties, and relationship issues. I am passionate about supporting clients to develop emotional resilience, build insight, and achieve meaningful personal growth. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based. I am trained and proficient in a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and trauma-informed counselling. I tailor my interventions to meet the unique needs of each client, working collaboratively to foster self-understanding, emotional regulation, and lasting change.
