Overview

Simon is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with over 30 years of lived experience of mental illness. Some of his passion areas include men's mental health, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Depression, Anxiety, Burnout, alcohol misuse and parenting. He is also the Founder and Clinical Lead at Mindful Men; a therapy service specialising in providing support for men across Australia. Simon adopts a mindfulness approach to therapy, supporting men to identify and live by their core values.
