Mindful Men is a dedicated therapy service for men across Australia. We blend lived and learned experiences to provide quality, safe and relatable therapeutic support to our clients. Occupational Therapist
Angus is a Mental Health Occupational Therapist with experienced in hospital, community mental health and nursing. Some of his passion areas include men's mental health, addiction, disability, relationships, anxiety and depression.
Angus draws from a range of modalities to support his client's capacity building. These include:

Social Worker
Simon is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) with over 30 years of lived experience of mental illness. Some of his passion areas include men's mental health, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Depression, Anxiety, Burnout, alcohol misuse and parenting.
He is also the Founder and Clinical Lead at Mindful Men; a therapy service specialising in providing support for men across Australia.
Simon adopts a mindfulness approach to therapy, supporting men to identify and live by their core values. Modalities include:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Motivational Interviewing
- Solutions-Focussed Brief Therapy)
- Psychoeducation
- Skills training (problem-solving, anger management, social skills, communication training, stress management and parenting strategies)
