I am a Psychologist (Provisional) at Elysium Psychology. I’ve always believed that therapy works best when it feels safe and straightforward, so I focus on being warm, attentive, and easy to talk to. My goal is to make sure anyone I work with feels respected and comfortable enough to really open up.
Before moving into private practice, I worked in Occupational Rehabilitation and the Forensic Disability sector. Those roles taught me a lot about how complex life can get, especially when someone is trying to manage their mental health while navigating work or difficult social circumstances. I use what I’ve learned to help people find practical ways to cope and get back to feeling like themselves.
As a proud Lebanese Muslim, I also have a deep interest in supporting the Muslim, Arab and broader immigrant communities. I know first-hand how tricky it can be to navigate identity, family dynamics, and cultural expectations. I’m happy to offer sessions in both English and Levantine Arabic to make sure language and culture aren't barriers to getting support.
