Annie is a Provisional Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi). She is also a qualified Clinical Naturopath, bringing a unique, integrative perspective to her psychological practice.
Before transitioning into psychology, Annie had a successful career in marketing. This diverse professional background enhances her ability to connect with clients from a wide range of life experiences and informs her holistic approach to care.
Annie utilises evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. She takes a whole-person approach to wellbeing, thoughtfully incorporating considerations of nutrition, lifestyle, and physical health into her work where appropriate.
She has experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of presentations, including anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. Annie has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, especially those who are late-diagnosed. This interest is supported by her published research exploring the emotional experiences of individuals receiving a late Autism diagnosis.
Annie’s approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centred. She is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive therapeutic space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change.
