I’m a skilled manual therapist with qualifications in remedial massage, soft-tissue therapy, and dry needling, and experience working alongside surgeons and rehabilitation teams.
My approach combines hands-on treatment with a pain science and biopsychosocial perspective, recognising that recovery involves both body and mind. I tailor each session to the individual — whether you’re an athlete, managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or seeking relief from everyday discomfort.
Living with spinal pain myself has taught me that recovery is rarely a straight line. That perspective helps me provide practical, empathetic care that meets you where you are.
Outside the clinic, I’m a musician, active gym-goer, and former swimmer and cyclist, with a lifelong appreciation for literature and the arts.
