Overview
James is an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist who recently graduated from UOW. James has always had a passion for sports and improving overall health. This has lead James to use this passion to help clients improve and reach their health goals through personalised and tailored exercise programs.
James has a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic pain and helping his clients return to work.
In his spare time James enjoys surfing, playing sports such as Oztag and basketball as well as going to the gym.
