Overview
My perspective is based on meeting a person where they are, without judgment. No two humans have the same experiences, beliefs, and strengths. Starting from a holistic person-centred overview I work together with clients to discover what they want and how to move in that direction. To help clients achieve their goals I collaboratively use a range of evidence-based techniques from approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and schema therapy
