I am an experienced and passionate occupational therapy practitioner skilled in working with people experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues and intellectual/cognitive disabilities across the lifespan. I am an experienced mental health occupational therapist who has almost fifteen years experience working with people experiencing broad range of mental health challenges including: Anxiety disorders; ADHD; Autism spectrum disorders; Depression and bipolar disorder; Eating disorders; Psychosis; Substance use issues, and; Personality disorders. In addition to providing specialist mental health occupational therapy services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme for plan managed and self-managed participants. I also provide individual Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy under GP Mental Health Care Plans (with Medicare rebates available) and also provide evidence-based eating disorder treatments under Medicare Eating Disorder Treatment Plans (with Medicare rebates available). I provide centre-based therapy services in Port Macquarie, mobile therapy services (home and community visits) across the Mid North Coast region, and also offer telehealth services. *Bulk-billed services are available for healthcare holders with a Medicare Mental Health Care Plan or Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan.*
