I am an experienced and passionate mental health occupational therapy practitioner, lecturer and clinical educator skilled in working with people experiencing mental health issues, acquired brain injuries and cognitive disabilities across the lifespan.
I provide services under the Better Access to Mental Health scheme and the National Disability Insurance Scheme and offer Medicare rebates for people with a GP Mental Health Care Plan.
In addition to my skills and experience providing mental health occupational therapy, I also have significant experience providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for people with complex mental health needs in an integrative manner focused on enhancing functioning and reducing distress. I have considerable experience working with people experiencing eating disorders and offer evidence-based treatments for eating disorders including Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (RO-DBT) and Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E).

I am an experienced mental health occupational therapist who has almost fifteen years experience working with people experiencing broad range of mental health challenges including:
Anxiety disorders;
ADHD;
Autism spectrum disorders;
Depression and bipolar disorder;
Eating disorders;
Psychosis;
Substance use issues, and;
Personality disorders.
In addition to providing specialist mental health occupational therapy services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme for plan managed and self-managed participants. I also provide individual Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy under GP Mental Health Care Plans (with Medicare rebates available) and also provide evidence-based eating disorder treatments under Medicare Eating Disorder Treatment Plans (with Medicare rebates available).
I provide centre-based therapy services in Port Macquarie, mobile therapy services (home and community visits) across the Mid North Coast region, and also offer telehealth services.
