Overview

Moira is a New Zealand Registered Psychologist who adopts a warm and pragmatic approach to therapy. She has many years of experience across a variety of settings, working with individuals in the corporate, education and primary health sector. She has a special interest in organisational and counselling psychology however her areas of interest also include anxiety, mood issues, phobias relationship difficulties, grief and loss, chronic health concerns, trauma, stress and burnout, anger management, workplace issues, OCD and postnatal depression. Moira utilises a client-centred approach and adapts evidence based therapies including positive psychology, dialectical behaviour therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to help guide clients toward their chosen goals.
