Rachel Tutill is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of Dietitian’s Australia.
Rachel has a special interest in the field of paediatric nutrition. She enjoys working closely with children and their families to support good health from a young age and fostering healthy feeding and eating relationships. She is aware of the many barriers of eating well, particularly for children, and can provide easy, practical strategies that fit within family lifestyles. Rachel has experience working with children with complex food histories and is able to work with children and their parents to increase food variety, assist with growth concerns, address allergies or intolerances, manage gastrointestinal issues and improve overall health outcomes.
Rachel also has extensive experience working in the NDIS sector. She is able to support participants with physical, neurological and psychosocial disabilities to achieve good nutrition status and support optimal health outcomes. She has experience managing clients with complex physical needs as well as delivering practical hands on education sessions, cooking sessions or supermarket tours. She is able to personalise interventions to meet the needs of her clients to achieve their personal goals.
Rachel understands the overwhelming amount of information available in the field of nutrition and is committed to ongoing study and learning to provide the best information and outcomes for her clients. Her goal is to empower her clients and make medical nutrition therapy more understandable and applicable to daily life.
