Miss Paige Cugola Exercise Physiologist

Paige is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping people improve their daily function and live healthier, more active lives through personalised exercise. She enjoys supporting clients to achieve their personal goals, whether that's managing a chronic health condition, recovering from injury, maintaining independence, or improving general function and strength. Paige has a special interest in working with older adults and individuals living with chronic conditions, including osteoporosis, cancer, diabetes, mental health, chronic pain and other long-term health concerns. Having played football (soccer) for over 15 years and currently competing in FQPL 2, Paige also has a strong understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport. Her experience as an athlete allows her to confidently work with sporting populations, helping individuals rehabilitate injuries, optimise performance, and safely return to and thrive in the activities they love. Paige adopts a client-focused approach in her practice and is committed to taking the time to connect with clients, listen to their concerns, and leverage her knowledge and experience to empower them to lead more active and healthy lifestyles. Outside the clinic, you'll often find Paige with a good book in hand, watching or playing football, spending time with her cat Cindy and staying active in the gym.
