I’m a mental health clinician with over 12 years supporting children, young people, and adults across diverse settings—including family homes, out-of-home care, and not-for-profit organisations. My clinical background spans general mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) interventions, with a particular focus on complex presentations involving child protection and legal system involvement. I use evidence-based approaches to support individuals with intersecting needs, always centring their lived experience.
Alongside my clinical work, I bring leadership experience from roles where I’ve supervised multidisciplinary teams, guided clinical governance, and supported staff development across community, disability, and forensic contexts. I lead with empathy and strategy, ensuring services remain inclusive, responsive, and aligned with best practice.
My areas of expertise include:
General mental health
Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD)
Dual Diagnosis
Parenting and child development
Parenting during child protection/family law matters
Neurodivergence
I’m deeply committed to client-centred care and strive to create a therapeutic space that is safe, respectful, and outcomes-focused.
