I am a dedicated counsellor with a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Counselling, advancing my expertise with a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Psychological Science. With seven years of experience in a secondary school setting, I specialise in supporting at-risk teens (ages 12-18) navigating crisis behaviours, mental health challenges, and difficult life transitions.
I understand the weight parents carry when their teen is struggling—the fear, helplessness, and uncertainty about how to help. That’s why I work with both teens and parents: providing teens with a safe, non-judgmental space to process their experiences, while supporting parents through inner child work to understand their own patterns and triggers, so they can show up grounded rather than reactive.
My approach is trauma-informed and relational. I’ve faced my own struggles as a teen, and that lived experience taught me something crucial: healing begins with trust and understanding, not judgment. I work collaboratively with families to build emotional regulation skills, strengthen communication, and create environments where both teens and parents feel seen, heard, and supported.
Whether your teen is in crisis or you’re navigating your own emotional responses as a parent, I’m here to help your family move from chaos to connection—one session at a time.
