With seven years of experience in a secondary school setting, I specialise in supporting at-risk teens (ages 12-18) navigating crisis behaviours, mental health challenges, and difficult life transitions. I understand the weight parents carry when their teen is struggling—the fear, helplessness, and uncertainty about how to help. That’s why I work with both teens and parents: providing teens with a safe, non-judgmental space to process their experiences, while supporting parents through inner child work to understand their own patterns and triggers, so they can show up grounded rather than reactive.
