I’m an ACA registered counsellor and Integrative Psychotherapist working with adults (18+) who feel stressed, burnt out, disconnected or overwhelmed. My work is strongly somatic and body-based – I support you to not only talk about what’s happening, but to gently include your nervous system, emotions and body in the healing process.
My style is emotionally focused, person-centred and trauma-informed. This means we pay close attention to your emotional world and your relationships, while honouring your pace, your autonomy and your lived experience. I aim to offer a warm, attuned space where all parts of you are welcome.
In our sessions, we slow down and listen to your body’s signals – tension, numbness, tightness, shutdown, anxiety or restlessness – and explore these with curiosity rather than judgement, so your system can begin to feel safer and more regulated.
I draw from:
- Somatic and nervous system–informed approaches
- Emotionally Focused and person-centred psychotherapy
- Mindfulness and present-moment awareness
- Gentle grounding, breath and movement practices
- Inner child/parts work and attachment awareness
I support adults who are:
- Living with chronic stress, burnout or over-responsibility
- Recovering from difficult, confusing or narcissistic relationship dynamics
- Navigating separation/divorce or major life transitions
- Moving through grief, loss or identity shifts
- Highly sensitive, empathic or often “holding it all together” for others
Sessions are available online (telehealth) for adults in Australia and internationally, subject to local regulations.
