Graduating with first class honours from the Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) and Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science, Isabel is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who is most passionate about helping people with chronic pain and women with ADHD to feel strong, capable, and understood. Isabel is a mum, book lover, casual tennis player, and lover of a good laugh.
