I am a Registered Psychologist and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPi), with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan through both individual and group therapy.
In sessions, I strive to show up as a fellow human and aim to provide a safe space for you to be your vulnerable self. My therapeutic approach focuses on validating one's experiences and exploring the interactions between your past and present. I work from a client-centred perspective where I acknowledge that you are the expert in your own life and strive to work collaboratively to find strategies that work for you.
My therapy incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
