At ThriveWise, we understand the unique challenges children and adolescents face as they grow and navigate their world. We are here to work alongside you, supporting your child through difficult times while helping them build the skills and confidence they need to thrive. Every young person’s journey is different, and our role is to provide the guidance and tools needed to make sense of their experiences. Whether it’s working through emotional struggles, improving communication, or managing life’s ups and downs, we aim to help your child develop resilience and self-understanding in a way that feels meaningful and achievable.
With years of experience working with children, teenagers, and their families, I know seeking professional support can feel like a big step. At ThriveWise, we create a safe, practical, and compassionate space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface and address the issues affecting your child.
My approach is personalised and evidence-based, blending trauma-informed care, developmental insights, and skills training to create a tailored plan for your child. We focus on understanding emotions, improving coping skills, and fostering healthy relationships, empowering them to build on their strengths and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.

With three degrees, I have experience in educational and developmental psychology, counselling, research, consultancy, and presenting, both locally and internationally. I founded The Raphael Network, Illume, and ThriveWise, and serve on Australia's peak psychology body, the APS.
In addition to individual therapy, I provide professional consulting services, tailored workshops, and community-building dialogue forums through Illume by ThriveWise. I am available for professional speaking engagements and mental health presentations. I also offer supervision for counsellors and social workers in the field.
