My approach is integrative, attending to the mind, body, and spirit, and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. Whether you’re seeking support for a child, navigating life changes, or working through your own personal experiences, ThriveWise offers a calm and constructive space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface and move toward clarity, connection, and integration within. Sessions are tailored to your needs and values, whether you’re seeking short-term support or deeper ongoing work. I’ve worked across schools, private practice, and community mental health, both locally and internationally under various scholarship schemes. I founded ThriveWise, The Raphael Network, and Illume, and have served on Australia's peak professional psychology body, the APS.
