Overview
Kelly is a registered psychologist with a special interest in depression and anxiety, including OCD.
A clients family history is explored which is helpful in identifying limited beliefs. Kelly utilises strategies from a number of modalities including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, solution based therapy. Additionally Kelly is trained in EMDR, hypnotherapy and couples counselling.
Kelly is available for individuals and couples over 18 years of age.
