Jessica Woodward Psychologist

Jessica is a registered psychologist who provides evidence-based, compassionate support to children (10+), adolescents, and adults. She works with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, neurodivergence (ASD, ADHD), trauma, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem. Jessica utilises a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Her approach is holistic and person-centred, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. With experience in both public and private settings, Jessica is passionate about empowering individuals with practical tools and psychological insight to enhance resilience, foster personal growth, and support long-term wellbeing.
